Devi Arts Collective is a women-led jewelry brand handcrafted in Vancouver, Canada. Part of what makes our collective so strong is the human connection that forms the foundation of our brand. From the gemstone fabrication artists we work so closely with in Jaipur, India to our clients who love us, support us, and lift us up with every purchase - we’re all connected and we’re always searching to expand our network within our community and the world. With this in mind, we are still a humble local business and we ask that you be patient with us. Every detail is handcrafted and each piece we make is truly unique just for you. We have these policies in place so we can ensure that you’re 100% happy with your purchase and that your piece(s) from Devi Arts Collective can vibrantly shine as your go-to staple for years to come.

Ordering + Payments 

Every order we receive means the world to us! 

At Devi Arts Collective, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. 

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. All orders typically take between 4-10 business days to create, process, and be shipped - please keep this in mind when calculating shipping timelines and estimates. 

Your credit card information is encrypted when an order is made and is stored in a secure environment. For security reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped worldwide, tracked via Canada Post and USPS. Orders will be shipped between 4-10 business days of the order being placed - you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

Exact timelines for Canada Post and USPS are currently uncertain as they are experiencing higher than normal delays. If you don’t receive your order within 15-20 business days of it being shipping please contact your shipping carrier with your tracking number so they can locate your package successfully. 

Shipping Costs

Canadian Orders: Orders under $75 (before tax + shipping costs) cost a flat rate of $9. Orders over $75 (before tax + shipping costs) will receive free expedited tracked shipping via Canada post.  

US Orders: Orders under $75 (before tax + shipping costs) cost a flat rate of $9. Orders over $75 (before tax + shipping costs) will receive free tracked shipping through USPS First-Class Mail.   

International Orders: Are subject to regular shipping fees depending on the weight + size of your order. 

Taxes are included in your final payment amount at checkout, but all packages may be subject to additional taxes and duty charges (not included) upon arrival, based on your country of residence. 

Lost or Stolen Parcels 

We do our best to ensure your piece from Devi Arts Collective is delivered straight to you, with no damage or additional hassle on your end, but unfortunately, once your piece leaves our shop its destiny is out of our control. Mistakes happen, parcels get lost in the shuffle, and packages can arrive damaged - much to our dismay. 

If you think your package has been lost or stolen please contact your shipping provider with the tracking number. 

If you receive your package and the piece has been damaged, please send us an email at hello@deviartscollective.com with a photo of the damaged parcel, order number, and item with proof of purchase, and we will do our best to rectify the situation fairly.  

Return + Exchange Policy 

We offer returns on merchandise that is returned with no obvious wear and tear in its unworn state. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you would like to return your piece please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order receipt for proof of purchase. Once the piece arrives safely back at our studio in the same unworn state, you will be eligible to receive a refund or credit for an exchange, minus the cost of shipping. All refunds will be processed with the credit card or payment method used to purchase the item. Since we are a small business there are no exceptions.

Devi Arts Collective reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been damaged, worn, or altered in any way. Please include all origins packaging with your return. Accrued shipping costs will not be included in your refund/ 

All returns or exchanges made at one of our retailers are subject to their individual business return or exchange policy and the transaction must be made through them. 

All sale pieces or purchases made with a promo code are final sale

All custom orders are final sale.

Repair Policy

Yes, we offer repairs on regular wear and tear to our jewelry up to 1-year after purchase. Please send us an email at  hello@deviartscollective.com that includes your name, photo of the piece that needs repair, your address, order number, and proof of purchase from your original order. 

Once we have determined a repair is possible you will receive an email outlining the shipping instructions for your repair. 

Depending on the repair, they can take anywhere from 14-21 business days to complete. You will receive a confirmation email once your repair is complete, along with a tracking number and shipping confirmation. 

Please note, we reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns or exchanges. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges.
