Shipping for Online Purchases

We ship worldwide tracked using either Canada Post or USPS. Our shipping options are tracked or free. Typically, orders will ship out with in 4 to 7 business days.

Tracked Shipping

After masterfully handcrafting your piece, we pack your jewelry in a branded Devi Arts Collective pouch or box and it is packaged he items to be shipped out.

Your will be packaged and ready to ship with in 4 to 7 business days from when the order is placed.

Every package is shipped tracked via Canada Post and USPS. You will receive tracking confirmation email once your time has shipped.

Orders under $50 (before taxes and shipping) shipped to Canada or the US will be charged a flat shipping rate of $8.00.

Orders over $50 (before taxes and shipping) shipped to Canada or the US will receive free shipping.

Free Shipping

All Canadian and US orders over $50 before taxes and shipping will receive free shipping.

Return Policy

All of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted in our Vancouver studio. What is most important to us that you love your Devi Arts Collective piece.

We will accept returns on merchandise that is unworn and unused conditions, postmarked within 14 days of receiving the shipment for the refund or credit (minus the cost of shipping). When item is received, your credit card will be refunded.

Items shipped from the US or internationally must be marked as a. return/ NCV for customs declaration. Any items without a proper or incorrect declaration will be refused.

Devi Arts Collective does reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been damaged, worn or altered in anyway. All packaging must be included in your returns.

If your purchase was made through an outside retailer, it must be returned or exchanged to the original retailer where it was purchased.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Also, we do not provide shipping labels. The cost to ship the items for a refund is covered by purchaser.

All ‘sale’ items or discounted items or items purchased with promo codes are final sale.

All custom orders are final sale.

Repair Policy

For any repair inquiries please email info@deviartscollective.com. In your email please include your name, photo of the repair that is needed, your address and order number/ proof of purchase from the original transaction.

If a repair is possible, we will be sending shipping instructions via email. Repairs take between 14 to 21 business days to complete depending on the repair. When your repair is complete we will email you with the shipping information and tracking number when it ships.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable repairs, returns or exchanges.

We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year of purchase date.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcome, we love working one on one creating something unique for you!

Any alterations to items that are listed on the Devi Arts Collective website are considered a custom order.

Packaging

Items are labelled and packed in either a branded box or branded pouch. It’s gifting ready. A personal note is also possible.  Both packaging options are reusable and recyclable .

Taxes

Taxes are added according to your shipping address. American or international orders will not be taxed. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that are charged on US or International shipments.

Materials

We strive to uphold our ethical and sustainable values in every aspect of our business. We use recycled sterling silver, 14kt gold-filled and recycled solid gold. Our gemstones are all ethically hand cut in Jaipur, India by a 3rd generation gemstone cutting family.

Your credit card information is encrypted when an order is made and is stored in a secure environment. For security reasons we do not keep permanent records of your credit card information on file.
